WEDDING MENU

As an example we state the possible menu of a wedding reception for 30 persons including the price calculation.

I. WEDDING MENU for 30 persons

  • Bohemia brut 875,-
  • Small ham roll with cheese cream and horseradish 1.350,-
  • Wedding chicken soup with small liver dumplings, home pasta and pastry 900,-
  • Sirloin on cream with cranberries and whippet cream 3.900,-
  • MENU I. altogether 7.025,-

II. WEDDING MENU for 30 persons

  • Martini Bianco 1.050,-
  • Small cheese roll with cranberry sauce and pastry 1.350,-
  • Wedding chicken soup with small liver dumplings, home pasta a pastry 900,-
  • Turkey roll with cream sauce and roasted vegetables 3.600,-
  • Roasted potatoes 750,-
  • MENU II. altogether 7.650,-

For children we naturally prepare half portions, fruit and ice-cream cups. Further on, we will arrange special menus for vegetarians or diabetics. After the festive lunch we would cut the wedding cake and serve coffee. The evening meal can be another menu chosen by you or it is possible to combine it with a warm and cold buffet.

EXAMPLE OF THE EVENING WARM AND COLD BUFFET

  • Turkey schnitzels /3 kg/ 600,-
  • Pork chops /3 kg/ 960,-
  • Beef goulash /3 kg/ 1.500,-
  • Vegetable salads, fruits, dressings, side dishes 2.900,-
  • Cheese wooden plate – various kinds of cheese, grapes and nuts /2 kg/ 600,-
  • Bowls with smoked sausages /3 kg/ 900,-
  • Range of cold starters /60 pieces/ 1.800,-
  • Pasta salad with champignons and blue cheese /2 kg/ 800,-
  • Minced beef surloin with toast /2 kg/ 1.500,-
  • COLD AND WARM BUFFET altogether 11.500,-

Drinks preliminary estimate 8.000,-
The result price for the above mentioned wedding reception would be approximately 20 – 28 thousand CZK.

The price for the wedding in the hotel Panský dům Blovice with all the costs ranges between 500 – 900,- CZK per person.
